She’s the co-founder and Co-CEO at Tractor Ventures who help founders unlock possibilities! They provide flexible, revenue-based financing alternatives and access to a world-class community of experienced entrepreneurs to help founders grow their tech companies on their own terms.
She also co-founded two-sided marketplace Occasional Butler, which was acquired by rival Airtasker in 2014.
She’s worked at SBE Australia where she led a team in accelerating some of Australia's most innovative female leaders and she established the Innovation Bay community in Melbourne, is an advisor to multiple startups and a mentor at Startmate.
With this sort of experience, it’s no surprise to learn that Jodie has also worked as a mentor, lecturer, and Director of Startups at the Wade Institute.
Beyond this, Jodie spent nine years as the General Manager for leading Australian fashion designer Leona Edmiston, driving strong business growth from 2 stores to 25 stores and growing the team from 3 to 100+.
In her spare time, this busy woman is a Non-Executive Director at Private Media Group, known for its publications Smart Company, Crikey and The Mandarin.
